Contacted Joe for a drainage problem. Water coming off hillside behind us constantly seeped thru a retaining wall onto our patio. .. it was always a mucky mess. He promptly returned emails and phone calls.. Joe was on time for appointment, did the job as discussed in the time he estimated and even did additional cement grinding to repair area in front of our home. He is very knowledgeable and I will be calling him again for other projects. I've been a home owner for over 30 years... have done many upgrades and repairs. Joe and his team rock!  Great customer service from his wife, Coco, who was always very responsive with phone calls and scheduling.  We needed our foundation repaired and Joe was recommended by someone on nextdoor.com.  My husband, who is not very trusting when it comes to contractors, immediately felt Joe was very knowledgeable on what needed to be done.  He didn't need to 'sell' himself - his character said it all. The quote was received within a day and documents were able to be signed digitally. Joe was onsite during the 2-day project always bringing myself or my husband up-to-date on any issues they found.  The repairs were done expertly and better than the original foundation. We are very happy with the work that was provided by Joco Construction. My husband and I decided to put a pool in our backyard. Since we already had paving stones we needed a professional paving stone company that would be able to correct the paving stone area around the pool. Coco and Joe listened to our concerns and were patient, understanding and did an outstanding job with our paving project.  I would recommend Joco Construction to anyone who is looking for a professional job at a very reasonable price. I contacted JOco construction for an estimate on a retaining block wall. I spoke with Coco. She gathered my information and said she'd get back to me in an hour and a half which she actually did. Other contractors never called me back. Coco discussed my situation with Joe and she explained the whole process to me. Then I received an email from Joe again explaining the process in detail which helped a lot. In his email, Joe did say to get bids from other contractors then decide which contractor to go with. My whole interaction with Joe and Coco displayed true professionalism and honesty which I didn't get from others. They took the time to understand my needs. Joco Construction installed pavers in the patio of our brand new home and did a superlative job.  Their original estimate was thorough and the contractor understood that we needed to submit plans to the HOA Design Review Committe for approval and included all the requisite information about the process, materials and job duration.  Once HOA approval was received, Joco Construction quickly scheduled the job and completed it within the indicated time frame.  The crew was meticulous, their work was precise and the final product was beautiful.  We are very pleased with Joco Construction and would recommend them to anyone looking for paver installation without hesitation.Gloria and Jeff in Chino More...
