Over the years, we've used many cleaners and generally had a large turn over due to the inability of some cleaners, in doing a job properly. However, that all changed when we happened to stumble upon Job Done Cleaning and Decluttering sdrvices via a google search. Once we met with Taki and her team of skilled, diligent, reliable and efficient team, we have never looked back. The owner, Taki, is amazing. She is a hard worker, a great leader, honest, has strong character and has a great eye for detail. Notably, I had a very unfortunate event with one of her cleaners and Taki went out of her way to help solve it. i am a senior executive and can say she showed leadership rarely seen in the business world. She took responsibility, she faced the issue, and supported me in the resolution. It would have been much easier, and lower risk, for her to walk away-but she didn't. She hit it head on. Words are not enough to describe how good these guys are. I always had cleaners before but was never totally happy with the services provided even after spending money. I found Jobs done cleaning services via google and booked them after reading their good reviews. Nesta was the cleaner who did such a fantastic job with all her heart and soul....she gave such a personal touch to everything she did....She not only cleaned but also decorated things all around the house ...it truely looked like she wanted to provide me the best ....Thank u Nesta!!Taki the owner of the company is also very professional. You know your business is good when you have one of your own cleaners , cleaning your home , yes even as I run the business I have a cleaner yes ironic but it’s not As running a business is like any other job it takes time and Energy and the last thing I want to do is use my evenings or weekends spring cleaning and having Carolina ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️do it allows me to come from church on Sundays feeling happy to go home because I know it’s good that to be spotless I’m very picky And what you call a messy OCD person so my standards are very high And I’m happy to say I use my own service

I contacted this company following the death of my brother, who sadly passed away in his flat. As you can imagine the smell was horrendous. However both Simone & Taki was very sympathetic to my situation. They were efficient and thorough. I was replying to an ad posted on gumtree advertising cleaning services and didn't know what to expect. From the beginning Taxi was responsive and easy to communicate with not to mention details oriented in helping me figure out exactly what service I required based on my individual needs. Once they arrived, the cleaning they provided was amazing and they were trustworthy which was importantly as I was away whilst this took place. My 1 bedroom flat was left immaculately clean in the end and the Airbnb guest who checked in also rated the cleanliness being good following their stay. How long have you been in business?
I have been in business for about 2 years now Mostly Decluttering and Deep cleaning and in the last year I've been doing a lot more Domestic Cleaning.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, the Basic Supplies.
But i do ask customers to supply their own
What do you love most about your job?
That i did to see how good it looks after, and that im helping peoples lives better by giving that time.
And to me, nothing better than coming home to a clean house
What inspired you to start your own business?
I Run a DeclutterIng and Deep Cleaning service because I saw how a mess some my sister house was, it was small things but it would build up and saw how much people needed help in their every day lives so I start the cleaning business JOBS DONE
