Had foam rose flowers for my wedding and the person who did them totally wrecked them i was so upset i went to joannes florist to see what they could do with them and i got to say how amazing and perfect and beautiful they look! made them look like a real bunch of flower's they was just perfect should of gone to them in the first place lovely ladys! made my daughter flowers aswell as the other lady did them poor and my moms button hole joannes brought the life back into them! its a real classy elegant welcoming place would recommend them to anyone!! thank you so much Joanne's florst for all your help you have made one bride to be very happy cant thank you all enough xx 5***** More...

Joanne's did my wedding flowers and evening reception balloons- she sourced the most perfect coral coloured gerberas ( my favorite flower) for me we had button holes, coursages, bridesmaid bouquets, flower girl wand and my bridal bouquet. They were all delivered to the relevant places and the balloons too- all earlier than expected- definitely took some of the stress from me for the day xx we are extremely appreciative and grateful for the beautiful flowers. I've been stuck I'm hostpital really not very well for a few weeks my mom and dad have been looking after me so much I wanted to thank them I've been off work so couldn't spend much I rang Joanne's today to enquire about bouquets and told her where I was and asked how much and when it would be delivered she gave me some lovely choices and told me they would be delivered straight away I'm so happy that I can thank my parents with some lovely flowers and it will make her day today when she receives them could just about get my words out on the phone wanted to say thankyou you've made mine and my moms day xxxx

Went to Joannes Tea Room for afternoon tea with my sisters, we arrived last and didnt mention any dietary requirements, however even though our tea stands had been prepared they changed it accordingly without any hesitation. The sandwiches were great and also scones and other various patisseries, there was unlimited tea which suited us well as we are all tea drinkers.

On our way out we brought some beautiful flowers for our mum, the service was great, all staff were very friendly and kept coming around to ensure we were happy.
