Jo's 14 Day Kickstart was really great. I would recommend it to anyone looking for that push you need to get started on healthy eating and exercise. I have been going to Jo’s F.I.T bootcamp for a couple of months now and I can honestly say I love it!! I was apprehensive at first; I’ve not been exercising regularly for years using the age old of excuse of not enough time due to the children; but I bit the bullet and went to my first class. Jo was so lovely and welcoming, explained everything really well and demonstrated the moves. The rest of the team were all really friendly and I didn’t feel like a “newcomer”. I was exhausted after that first class, bright red, sweaty and boy did I feel it the next day (and the 2 or three after that as well!). I was hooked though. I have now seen a difference in my fitness level and a change in my body shape. Best fitness class around, I would encourage anyone to give it a try, you won’t regret it!! More...

Jo’s boot camp class is a fantastic all body workout and I’d recommend to anyone whatever your fitness level. Really friendly non judgmental people, but be warned Jo is lovely but don’t be fooled-she’s a taskmaster !!!

I attended Bootcamp for the first time last night. I was initially nervous, there was a lot of equipment, I didn’t know many people and I felt out of my depth. That was soon removed by friendly faces and Jo reassuring me that I could go at my own pace. Despite being new to a lot of the exercises we were doing I soon grew in confidence as the whole class were doing their own thing and there was a strong sense of camaraderie. This was a real tough workout but a very achievable one! The music really got me through as well as smiles from all the lovely girls who are all very different in strength abilities but all exceptionally capable. I have always liked going to the gym but asked Jo to help me when an upcoming 40th birthday party in Miami meant I needed to be 'bikini ready'
Jo tailored my sessions to my goals (bum, legs and chore). They were challenging but fun!
Jo is a very positive, bubbly and encouraging person who helps you achieve whatever it is you want.
Jo also helped me with my nutrition as I wanted to look my best but also not lose weight or energy as I completed my workouts.
I would definitely use Jo again and hope to do so soon. She's fab

I love it because Jo pushes me that little bit more to do things correctly and to push myself a little bit harder. It hurt, I sweated and grunted but how could you not do your very best for her when you feel confident in her ability to get the best out of you. I would definitely recommend a personal training course to anyone that needs a bit of motivation. However the best bit.........for me ...........is the hot bath afterwards. I absolutely love having Jo as my PT! From picking my goals to the actual sessions, she has been nothing but supportive. I know Jo is always on the other end of the phone if I need her. If you're thinking about getting a PT I would definitely recommend it and would 110% recommend Jo. She has been nothing but calm and patient with me but still manages to push me further than I thought I could have gone. I've already been able to meet some of my goals and am sure that with Jos help I will crush the rest of them! I met Jo back at end of April. I had been at a bootcamp style gym for 2years and wanted a change. I joined 24/7 gym but wasn't really sure on how to use the machines, which look scary when u first walk in. I looked at the PT wall and she stood out from the rest,don't know why but was drawn to her. I contacted Jo and we chatted about what my fitness goals were and where I was on the fitness/strength level. We started the sessions and I found that she is not just a regular gym teacher but and really kind and genuine person. I was going through hell at work and she helped me see through this and gave me the strength I needed to start a fresh. If it wasn't for her I think I would still be in that hell hole. After many breakdowns (anxiety attacks) at the gym she helped me clear my head and see what I was capable of. She helped me with the different machines so I felt confident when I was on my own and gave me little routines to do.
I love free weights but hated the mirrors. Jo showed me how to look at myself and the area of muscle I was working without panicking and freezing up.
This PT is not just any ol gal, she is kind and thoughtful but will still kick ur butt if she knows u can do more.
If you are looking for a PT who shouts in ur face then she is not for you. But if u need guidance, help, focus and a reason to get up early then she is definitely for you. � Thank you x

This lady is amazing !! I've been meaning to write a review for a while, jo is so supportive ! She really believes in you ! She's very encouraging , I've been with jo since October last year and I've had nothing but 100% support , jo is such a genuine person , she's not the sort of pt that shouts at you , but if she thinks you can do more she will tell you , she always has a smile on her face :) very friendly lovely lady , I've actually made a friend rather then just seeing her as my trainer �jo offers all sorts of packages and classes , I will definitely be staying with jo for another year , she makes it so much fun ! Jo is not only a fantastic trainer but she's also a lovely woman who you genuinely look forward to working out with her. You can't help but enjoy your time with her. She's awesome.
As a trainer she's brilliant, always coming up with new ways of training areas of your body so you never get bored of doing the same old routines.
She pushes you to achieve and she's there to help with all parts of your week. Whether it's switching times around, fitting sessions in around you or adding in extra sessions. Also her advice on nutrition was spot on. As soon as I started sticking to her food plan/system the muscle started to become more defined and the fat was falling off.
She'll train at home with you or she'll meet you at evolution gym which is a lovely little gym tucked away north of the city with a great team of friendly people.
I cannot say enough good stuff about Jo!

I honestly can’t recommend Jo as a PT and class instructor enough!! I have been training with Jo for around 9 months and I have honestly not looked back!! Jo is amazing at building confidence and pushing you to achieve your goals!!! She changes the sessions around each week tailoring them to you personally and helps you with your nutrition which I have learnt lots about!! Also her classes are amazing too!! Everyone is really welcoming and you definitely feel like you have had a good workout, to start off with I couldn’t do the whole movements but thanks to Jo she showed me modifications which I built up each week and I can do them now!! I have been using Jo’s online support service for 21 days. She has helped me finally make sense of nutrition, after years of just not getting it focusing too much on the scales and losing weight through diets. She has educated me on fat loss and building muscle to aid in this and improve physique. Jo has set workouts, that change regularly, to work the whole body, that can be done at home from 20 mins, so it’s so achievable.
In just 21 days I have lost many inches and I was so shocked in the changes in my progress photos in such a short amount of time.
Jo is so inspiring and supportive and genuinely cares. She offers amazing support with no judgment and in this short amount of time my relationship with food and exercise has totally changed.
I also attend her HIIT group classes which are so much (sweaty) fun!
Basically I’d like to shrink Jo so she fits in my pocket to carry around with me all day to give me advice and support and a boost of positivity!
Can’t recommend her enough.

I couldn’t recommend Jo highly enough, she is awesome. She’s incredibly knowledgeable in both fitness and nutrition and has a genuine desire to support and help people. Well what can I say about Jo's HIIT class, Jo is such a friendly person and she always make's you feel welcome.
I have been attending her class for 8 months now and it was the best decision I've made in a long while.
I've always been a bit of shy person when it comes to attending anywhere by myself but when I first met Jo, she have always given out a good vibe, great personality and gives off so much positive energy.
During and between classes She always inspires me to work hard even when i don't feel I have much left to give encouraging until the end.

I've been to many excercise classes and I would definitely say Jo is the best out of all.
If you're looking for a high energy excercise class, don't look no further. I would personally highly recommend trying this class out, and if you feeling even stronger you can always try out her Boot camp class, Which I also attend and enjoy very much.

I've been lucky enough to take part in a 21 day coaching programme with Jo and cannot recommend the programme and Jo highly enough! Jo is so knowledgable and gave guidance on nutrition as well as exercise plans, all of which were realistic and achieveable. During 21 days Jo gave small achieveable goals while being encouraging, supportive and positive! The knowledge Jo has passed on during the coaching programme means I am now able to make better healthier food choices and have a better relationship with food which will last longer than any fad diet! I am based at Complete fitness Ltd Norwich. I am able to provide training packages here designed around you.

I offer online coaching which can really work for those with limited time to attend the gym. It is a great option and quite cost effective if you are looking to save a few pennies. Does require quite high levels of self motivation.

My Hiit Class takes place every Thursday at 7pm, at Sprowston Community Hub. It's an energetic class suitable for all fitness levels. Everything can be modified to suit you. All exercises are body weight, no equipment necessary. Men and women both welcome ages 14+. Class is £5. No need to book.
