What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people and seeing them grow and flourish into their true potential. Feeling like I have played a part in facilitating that change is very rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was once 'trapped' in a loveless violent marriage which made me feel hopeless, depressed and lost. When my lovely dad suddenley died it was a massive wake up call and the catalyst for change. I realised that life was for living and could be taken away in an instant. I needed to start living mine and to escape the narcisstic relationship which was robbing me of my self-worth.
I vowed to change everything that was making me unhappy, to find my passions and to rebuild myself for my children's sake and for my own. This meant immersing myself into self development, taking back my power, reconnecting with my true self and living life on my terms.
Each day I took a step forward, rewarded myself for my actions and passionately became an advocate for the self development world. This led me to study as a Certified Health Coach with the Insistute of Integrative Nutrition, Life Coach, NLP Practioner, Clinical Hypnosis Practioner and EFT/ TFT Practioner.
I left my stressful primary teaching job in 2010 and have ever sinced loved the freedom of helping others to free themselves from the limiting beliefs that keep them stuck. I would love to help you to unlock the cage of your issue so you can also fly free.
Why should our clients choose you?
I hope clients would choose me as they can see that I am someone with a passion for helping them to create the change that they desire in their life. I have empathy for every client as I understand the pain that they are experiencing but also have a great belief that change is theirs for the taking with the right support, direction and attitude.
