i am currently based at the fitness factory in binley . level 3 qualified in pre and post natel . i have helped a lot of ladies who wish to continue training through out pregnancy safely also those who have had a baby but are stuggling to lose the baby weight .

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
every session is taylored to meet my clients goals . the sessions are fun and always different though quite tough !
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
nurtrion plays a mssive part in achieving your goals . i make sure my clients eat the correct foods and give 100 percent to every session
What do you love most about your job?
seeing my clients get the results they are after . seeing the changes in their fitness strengh and confidence
What inspired you to start your own business?
i have always been into fitness , i started out running a lot then i got into the gym and started weight training .
