I like to prioritise the relationship that develops within the sessions with clients. It is through the process of building a relationship that personal insight to issues and a deeper engagement with the self can be reached.
I strive to provide a warm and empathic space where clients feel they can bring themselves to be heard and understood.

What do you love most about your job?
I find it a privilege to hear about people's personal life experiences and to co-create with a client potential new perspectives around their issues.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Within the last 10 years I have worked as a therapist in many different settings varying from the NHS, charities and for the last 3 years as a student counsellor at Anglia Ruskin University. I decided to start my own private practice to allow for working longer term with clients as my current post is mainly short term work. As i trained as an arts psychotherapist I also wanted to be able to offer working with art materials when wanted by the client.
Why should our clients choose you?
I strive to offer a warm, non judgemental space where clients can come and feel heard and understood.
I attend regular supervision and continue to progress and learn professionally by attending therapy workshops and seminars.
I work with integrity and abide by the BACP ethics and code of practice.
