This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with and being 75 years old I have dealt with a lot of businesses in my lifetime.
They have failed to answer my emails,telephone calls, messages sent through Facebook messenger and messages sent through their website contact form.
They have failed to answer emails sewnt from my buyers solicitor and they have not answered my estate agents emails or there phone calls.
I have been forced to engage the services of another firm of solicitors because of their lack of response and because my buyer will lose his mortgage offer soon.
I have bought and sold many properties in my lifetime and I have never experienced such a bad service.
This company needs investigating by the Legal Ombudsman who I will be contacting

I can not begin to say how thankful I am to everyone at JMR who have helped me with getting both my fiance, and now my spousal visa approved. There would've been no way I could've navigated the labyrinth that is the visa application process so successfully and painlessly on my own, and to have found people who were patient with all of my myriad of questions, and who didn't make the process feel overwhelming is something I'm very thankful to them for. I sought help from JMR Solicitors when faced with a very troubling and vexatious civil claim. Jane Morris-Rowlinson was extremely helpful in cutting a swathe through the issues and enabling me to mount a defence. This has yet to be tested but I was sufficiently impressed to ask Jane to do the conveyancing on my house. This sale has been accomplished efficiently and without fuss and on very reasonable terms.
