Jonathan is an outstanding coach & mentor. I find the combination of career coach & sales/marketing mentor to be a perfect blend, whereby he is able to both help me in understanding myself, & support me on directional pieces.

I was definitely a little lost when Jonathan & I began working together (career change, imposter syndrome & general self doubt), & I can definitely see a difference from working with him. He boosts my confidence, helps me to see (what I view as) flaws as positives, & is the cheerleader that I need when I default to being self-critical.

I highly recommend.

Helping people to improve their performance through understanding their personalities, skills and motivations and how that fits into the corporate goals.

I had some great managers but I also had some lousy ones. My profession of Sales also has a poor reputation because there are some terrible operators in this sector. I see it as my responsibility to improve the perceptions of the profession through consultancy, training and mentoring.

Because I take the time and effort to find out what your requirements are and will only help you if I feel I am the right person to do so. If I think we are not well suited, then I will offer help through someone else. The key word for me is Trust. If we are unable to establish trust quickly then I am probably not the right provider for you.
