I offer bespoke personal training and parkour coaching services to help you achieve your fitness goals and improve your overall health - and all I need is some space to train you in.

I believe that the best way to be fit is to just get out and move through your environment - being able to move your own body through space in the way you want to is a great feeling, and a great way to develop all over body strength. I utilise parkour, climbing and bodyweight gymnastic techniques in my own training combined with basic strength weight training to be how I want to be. I also believe in the long term, and that you should always work to maintain your body as much as improve it to live a long and happy life.

Training with James is sometimes the highlight of my week. James not only makes you work but he makes it clear why you're doing the things you're doing. He also works with you, joking and motivating throughout the session and I never feel like I'm just being 'told to do exercises'. The great thing about James is his imagination when it comes to exercises; the sessions are never boring and we use the environment around us as well as the cool equipment he has. I genuinely think I understand my body better now and have seen huge improvements in just 6 weeks.

I've been training with James for over seven months now, one session a week and I can't recommend him enough.

I've been trying to get fit for years; I used to run, then moved to cycle, then do a bit here and there but nothing had such a significant results like the ones provided by James in such a small amount of time.

I was missing consistency, expertise on what works for me and my level and having someone there to rely on and be accountable to. He's very friendly and knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to help you achieve your goals. Every session is completely different and will push you to your limits leaving you with the feeling of how great that workout was. It's addictive!

I started at 85kg and 25% fat and seven months into it I've dropped to 75kg and 17% of fat, now to build up muscle!

If you want to get in control of your fitness level, don't think about it twice and start now with James!

Whenever I'm in London I try to make time to train with James. He knows how to push you so you improve, without pushing so hard as to break your morale. He likes a bit of humour, which makes the sessions personable, something many trainers lack. His understanding of form and movement sets him apart from other trainers, who will often focus on "leg days", while James will focus on improving you as a whole, connected body. In all, highly recommended for one's physical health, with a soupçon of amicability to keep the wheels in motion.
