Started with Megan 12 weeks ago. Great advice on healthy eating and nutrition, I haven't had mayo or salad cream since then, greek yoghurt is a great substitute. Small changes make a big difference.
Great workout routines using weights instead of going on crosstrainer for 1hr like I used to do, time passes so quickly instead of watching the clock the whole time, now I can fit into clothes that I couldn't before, look slimmer and more toned up and feel a lot better.
Went to Joe looking for a fitness and diet programme that was slow and steady to make changes that would stay. Been having weekly check in's since March and I couldn't be happier.
I've noticed massive changes both physically and mentally.

I had a one to one nutrition session with Megan and can honestly say its the best £35 I have ever spent on myself. I got great individual advice and guidance on how I can manage my nutrition to become healthier. I feel encouraged and enthusiastic. Almonds are my new best friend ! Give Megan a call . She is lovely.

So happy with my nutrition session with Megan. Helping me to try and build a real metabolism again, which I had ruined with bad habits and horrible diets in the past.

1) tried, tested nutritional guidance tailored to each individual (no "cookie cutter" nutrition here)
2) exercise routines that, in my case, helped me both retain existing and gain (a little) muscle mass & strength while in a calorie deficit
3) he provides the personal touch. He's always a text or message away if you need guidance or reassurance (#SoNeedy) and doesn't fob you off with short answers.
4) he doesn't kill you or force weight loss with stupidly low calories or excessive cardio
6) most importantly his nutritional and bodybuilding plans work. Without results what's the point. �
Couldn't recommend this guy highly enough, anything I tried failed, until I got in touch with JM Fitness, I had a programme specifically detailed for my needs & easy to follow, I wasn't starved with endless amount of cardio in fact it was the opposite, I actually struggled at times to eat all my macros that were written out in my plan. Always on hand to answer any questions regarding your fitness journey also, or any concerns, the fat just melted away & for the first time in a long time I was beginning to enjoy my workouts because I knew with every visit I was getting lighter & leaner
Couldn't recommend enough! I was miserable and totally stuck in a rut had messed up my metabolism and had the worst relationship with food. I started with Megan on an 8 week plan and was so anxious at first as was scared of food but reassurance and encouragement every week seeing results I've totally changed my mindset and decided to stay as a monthly member as I loved it so much. I feel so much more sane and in the head and really can't wait to see the changes in my body in the next while and one day meet demm abs which now confident I will if I trust the process! Amazing work done in the 8 weeks programme.
Started on a 18 week programme but decided myself to go just the 8, knowledge is second to none in getting the best results possible.
Have been a regular gym goer for the last few years but towards the end of last year I’d lost it and my eating was a riot. Got in touch with Joe and Megan in December and they tailored training and nutrition plans for me to start overhauling my bod and mindset. It’s still a work in progress but over the last few months, they’ve massively helped me to change my body shape, get leaner, stronger and get the motivation back to train! Thank you guys �
