How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
first of all, is not necessary a planing permision if the customer do not alter the structure of the garage otherwise it will need to be applied for the permision if structeres are in mind to be changed!
the conversion will have to looked at before anything is agreed, as every building changes its shape size and place!
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
well first of all if the walls and floor are stable,and it's a watertight roof, and the ceiling height is sufficient to leave around 2.2-2.4m of headroom after building up the floor by 15cm above external ground levels, the we would need to check which insulation size to put on the floor and walls, also how many power points will the customer require, boarding the walls after insulated is key ! the cieling all insulated, plasterboarded and lights cut out, screed after the concret base as well as insulation will be done before, then flooring will be on and all the second fix will follow after the main bits are done !

we have been in the business for 10 years, the past 8 years, my dad was mainly doing spray paint and decorating, however when i left my job which also was on the building industry i contributed with my knowledge for this family business!

We give the customer a 3 months guarantee when doing a big job, for the small jobs, customers can call us anytime to discuss what problems they have got or if they need doing something else.

Learning new ways on how to do things and conecting with new people everyday is what we love the most!

the satisfaction to see our customers reactions when we finish each job is what inspires us to grow every day!
