I bought my wedding dress here and they were wonderful!! After visiting three other shops I was still not 100% sure what I was looking for, possibly A line, possibly a slimmer shape. I was convinced I didn't want lace or too much bling, they listened to me made helpful suggestions. When I wasn't finding what I wanted from my or my entourage's picks, the consultant asked if she could pick something she thought would look good, I agreed and she brought in a lace dress. I tried it on and despite my previous certainty I didn't want lace, guess what That's the dress I am getting married In! They clearly know their stuff! The tailor/seamstress has done an amazing job and I can't wait to wear my dress on my wedding day. Lovely ladies in here helped me to find an absolutely perfect dress for my wedding day in June 2018. It wasn't necessarily what I was thinking of initially, but Tracy suggested it to me and when I put it on, I knew it was the one! The shop is well-laid out with a great selection and the ladies seem to really care that you are happy. The tailor's work on the alterations was beautiful too. Highly recommended. Thanks again! I'm so sorry that I haven't done this sooner. I got married in December last year and i absolutely loved my dress from here. I now have it on display in my bedroom I love it that much! The ladies who work here are lovely. I couldn't fault a single one. They made me feel welcome each time I visited. The seamstress was brilliant. I had some quite big tweaks and he transformed my dress to exactly what I wanted never caring when I went back again with another change. I first visited in October 2017 for my wedding in June 2018. This was the first wedding dress shop I went to and found my dress instantly! The ladies there are absolutely lovely, caring and treat you like a friend. I absolutely LOVED my dress, we quickly figured out that what I thought I wanted wasn’t right for me..they found other dresses that I would never have looked at - trust them, they know what looks good on you!! The service here is just brilliant - the staff were great at getting back to me and so professional yet lovely. They were also fab at advising me on the alterations to make and found the perfect wedding dress for me. Second bridal shop I'd visited. I chose about 7 dresses when Tracy picked 1 out and was the first 1 i tried and that was the 1 i will wear on my wedding day.

I came here yesterday to look for a dress, I had no idea what I wanted, I hadn't tried any dresses on before and the experience I had was amazing! The lady that helped me actually found the dress that I bought, she very quickly got an idea of what I liked and didn't like and gave me lots of different dresses to try on. The lady also suggested altering the straps as that was the only thing about the dress I wasn't convinced on, as soon as she did this I knew this was the dress for me! Thanks so much! More...

After a terrible wedding dress experience at a different store, I came here feeling slightly wary. As a larger bride to be, I was conscious that most stores had limited dresses for me to try, and I was quite self conscious about getting undressed in front of strangers.

However, I needn't have worried. From the moment I stepped into the store I was met with a friendly and warm welcome by Lorraine and Mandy. They listened to what I was looking for, brought out lots of different dresses for me to try on and made the whole experience relaxed, fun and enjoyable. I left with 2 possible dress options that were in budget and which looked incredible...but more importantly I left with a smile on my face and feeling that a beautiful bride.
