JLM environmental

Our HOA required asbestos and lead testing for renovations of our unit prior to sale. They charged us $1,045 for both tests. Our HOA rejected both tests as insufficient and JLM refused to come back to do testing to the HOA's standards. We had to contract another licensed company to do the asbestos and lead testing to HOA standards and they only charged us $420 for both tests and the test result were approved by our HOA. Save your money and time and do some research into other companies. I greatly regret contracting with JLM for all delays to our renovation they caused, their refusal to come back to do the work to HOA standards and their refusal to refund us any of the charges from the testing that was useless to us.
