Carpet cleaning on another level! JL Carpet Cleaning did an exceptional job of cleaning our ‘overdue for a deep clean’ carpets in busy offices. Our 9 year old carpet came up amazingly well, colour restored to like new. Best deep clean system there is, bar none. Jared & Jenny were punctual, thorough and efficient. They cleaned our lounge/diner carpet and two 2 seater sofa's. When searching the internet for this service I found a number of cheaper sites, but the reviews for their service swayed me. Just Excellent.I have a very tricky Laura Ashley sofa which marks if you breathe on it!! Ive had it for 3 years and didn’t know what to do or if it could actually be cleaned. . but ultimately it looked a mess.The team were very upfront explaining that due to the type of fabric they may not get a perfect finish but the marks were so bad I had to take a leap of faith. My husband and I were really pleased with the service provided. They arrived promptly at their scheduled time and were very polite and professional. Our carpets are at least 5 years old and we have 3 kids, so they had a few very visible stains beforehand, and we weren't expecting miracles but they actually ended up looking much better than we even hoped they would. Jared and his other half have been excellent.

We were desperate as landlords moving back in to our very stained and smelly house that used to be our home. Jared managed to fit me in the same day I enquired, which was just before the Easter bank holiday.

The smell and the stains have gone and we are happy to move in again.

After 4 years of being trampled on by a muddy and messy dog I thought my carpets were fit for the bin, especially after two previous local carpet cleaning firms failed miserably improving things.
