JK Wedding Collection created magic for my daughter's destination wedding in Sri Lanka. We had 50 guests in total. Every detail including transportation and hotel reservations was flawlessly executed. We held the event on a beautiful tea plantation with thousands of lights. A combination of American and Sri Lankan cuisine was beautifully melted together. They executed the entire wedding flawlessly. What’s your signature dish?
We have over twenty-five different chefs on our culinary team. That being said, we can provide a wide variety of dishes. We are rooted in classic American and European cuisine with a focus on organic, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients. We own four restaurants that produce some of the finest seafood and Italian fare on the east coast.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
The perfect menu is a menu that represents the all of the wedding couple's wishes and culinary desires. Once we agree on the menu we will then provide a tasting for the couple with all of the dishes that we plan to serve at the event. It is here that we can edit and make any necessary changes to the menu. The client will meet face to face with the culinary team at this time to ensure that their needs and desires are met.
