Jemma & Jayne have been looking after our Basset Hound, Sid for over 2 years. We use their walking, daycare & boarding services & couldn’t recommend them highly enough. We’ve used a number of different companies over the years and none have provided us with the care, flexibility & professionalism that JJ’s have. We first met Jemma when she helped us train our dog Charlie. With her kind but firm method she gained all our respect. Charlie is going to doggy daycare sometimes at JJ's VIP Pets now and always comes back happy and tired. I cannot recommend VIP Pets highly enough, we leave our puppy with them 3 days a week and she is so well looked after, safe and happy. She adores Jemma (and Kev!) and seeing her run through their front door every morning excited to arrive at day care makes leaving her no problem at all. We have also used the overnight boarding service several times and we never have to worry about how well our puppy is looked after or if she's being cared for properly, Jemma never lets anyone down. These guys have been a life saver. If no one is home during a work day, JJS pick up our two dogs and take them out for long walks. We always come back to happy, tired dogs. After once using boarding kennels when we went away on holiday, I promised myself "never again". If we have to go away, our fur babies stay with JJS and are treated like family. Jemma and her dog walking team are absolutely fantastic with my little Pug Ralph. I would highly recommend this small, independent dog walking company, they are really friendly and my dog always comes back with a huge smile on his face and falls asleep pretty quickly!

Jemma has been looking after Oscar regularly for over 2 years now, since he was a puppy. He comes back every time tired & happy. He also adores Jane the dog walker who works with Jemma.
Its a family environment & the dogs have their own area & free access to the garden. It's clear the whole family care about animals very much.

Jemma and her team have been looking after Jessie (Welsh Springer Spaniel) for more than six months now and I can tell by the way her tail goes crazy when she gets picked up that she enjoys her time with them. Jemma has been looking after my dog Billy for about 7 years now and I am very happy with JJ's VIP Pets.

We work full time and it is very important for us to know Billy's happy and had plenty of exercise. Usually he gets picked up in the morning and returned every evening with a huge grin and a wagging tail! thats good enough for me!

if you are looking for the following - I can say genuinely that she has it covered!

-trustworthy and in control of the dogs at all times.
-reliable and responsible with expectations/key-holder/times-keeping
-caring and kind, always alerts you with a call or text if there is a problem.
