Rented a bounce house for the day for childs birthday party. Best pricing in town and JJ’s was extremely courteous, convenient and accommodating. They made everything so easy from start to finish and were very quick and timely. Also, the even checked the weather ahead of us and messaged that storms were coming and various optional changes we could make or cancel if we wanted due to weather and this was the morning of the party. We originally booked for Saturday but due to rain we had to push it forward a day and without worries we were able to change dates! I'll try to be shorter this time: they were beyond nice, informative, professional, very punctual, had VERY clean equipment and had afforadable packages that other companies just didn't have. I spoke with Denequia while I was searching for the perfect company to have at my sons birthday party. She was very professional and guided me on the right product. The day of the event, John came bright and early to set up. He was even nice enough to move the bounce/water slide back a little more so we had more room to play so I could see all the kids. He thoroughly went over rules and left us to play all day. He came by around 8pm to pick up! We had the bounce house all day!
