It's hard to see your damaged car drive off with a complete stranger but after getting a quote from Janis for repair I decided I had to trust him. And boy! Am I happy I did, my car (a white Suzuki Swift Sport) had bad damage (hit and run) to the offside rear, skirt and door and I truly believed that it couldn't possibly come back like new but IT DID!

My car was delivered back this afternoon and when I saw it I was overwhelmed by the quality of the repair. Awesome is the only way I can describe it.

Not only that but there was scratches and scuff marks (normal on any car) that he must have pollished out coz they weren't there anymore!

One more point, I had quotes from 8 different body shops and JJLUX was the cheapest by far and only charged £20 to collect and deliver back.

Any (God forbid) future damage to my car and any other work I need doing like servicing etc I will not now go anywhere else.

I would welcome anyone to come and see for themselves the outstanding quality repair that the magician who calls himself Janis has done, I have phone photos to show for before and after so please do not hesitate if you need his services, CALL HIM. More...

After my niece told me about them I contacted JJ Lux. Janis did a fantastic job on my mini. And it's orange, a really hard colour to match. He adjusted the new paint colour to allow for 3 years of weathering until it was perfect. He collected it one day and brought it back the next morning. I can definitely recommend them. More...

Janis has looked after a few of my cars si ce 2016. Never has failed to deliver - including rebuilding a mangled XC60 and lately getting my recently bought bmw 330d back to its proper, thundering performance (it was bought in a neglected condition).

Nikki at Serenity Spa (in front of Shoprite on Broad St.) was excellent. She has a really nice vibe and she solved a specific problem I asked about. It’s a beautifully decorated place, and they’ve created a beautiful brochure with affordable prices, but when you first walk in, there’s no ventilation on the first floor hair salon, so while you’re waiting a long time to speak with the one person at reception/cash register, it’s difficult to breathe. It also took a very long time to pay after the treatment. There really should be two people at reception. The spa is upstairs and has much better air quality. It’s beautifully lit & decorated, but the design is not well thought out. The designer definitely did not think from a client’s perspective. There’s only one toilet (with an inside handle that awkwardly covers the lock) and no place to privately undress/dress. There ARE two steam showers, though. But, when I called to confirm the appt. that I had successfully made online (this is a plus about the salon), there was no mention of getting there early to take advantage of them. Also, the hard plastic sandals they provide cut into the top part of the feet. But, Nikki’s service and attitude were excellent and made the experience worthwhile. I’d go back. With lower expectations for privacy & pain-free walking in the sandals on the 2nd floor and breathing & quality service at reception on the first floor. More...

Loved the salon - gorgeous as you walk in and upstairs definitely screams "serenity"! Highly professional people (even met with the owner of the place - a nice gentleman). I always get my haircut and color done by Sheryl - highly recommend her due to her level of confidence and experience. She even offers suggestions/tips on how to maintain your hair. Went here to treat my fiancé and I after first moving to the area. The couples massage we scheduled wasn’t scheduled correctly, and so we had to alternate massages, while the other sat in the shower/spa. Then our haircuts were scheduled with a “level 2” stylist, without our knowledge, which basically means they charge you double for a “more experienced” stylist. $200+ later (for her haircut alone), my fiancé ended with a botched bob cut that took her out-of-state hair stylist about nine months to gradually correct.
