Jane is a great Personal Trainer she listens and come up with a good workout plan she changes up each session so every part of your body gets a work out

This lady is amazing. Been seeing her 3 times a week since December with my mum at home. She has a high range of programmes to ensure we don't get bored. She makes the sessions fun and makes us work very hard. Would definitely recommend her :) More...

I really enjoyed mu sessions with Jane and was impressed how much she incorporated my exercise preferences into the training. Although I already had a fairly good level of fitness, she helped me to iron out mistakes in my technique and identified a rather significant lack of flexibility which was holding me back in achieving my desired results. Most importantly, she calm and gentle approach made training with an expert of her caliber a lot of fun and not scary at all.

Jane is an amazing find and a lovely person. She is just what we needed to get started on a fitness regime as we were extremely unfit. I always set realistic personal fitness goals, keep the workouts interesting and engaging. I’m honest, genuine, and interested in each individual. I always give clients what they need, make it simple and effective, get them in the grove of working out, and when the time comes, I give them more. I always try to make every client into an expert. Give them what they need to train themselves for a lifetime, and give them the knowledge they need to do that.

The secret is to stay committed to my training, I must commit to a healthy and active lifestyle.

I love my job because I can see my client's results. See my clients happy, healthy and full of energy. I love to help others to be fit and healthy.

I was personally the main reason to start my own business. Few years ago I wasn't in good condition, my immune system was very weak, so I've got ill easily. One day I said enough is enough. I've started to eat healthy and exercise. In few weeks I noticed some changes. Also my friends asked me what I do I look so fresh and loosing weight. They wanted know my secret. One day I invited one of my friends to try what I do. She could see result soon too. So I asked myself why not to open my own business to help others to be happy, healthy and fit.

I keep the workouts interesting and engaging. As I teach more than one workout, clients don't have to stick to one specific workout routine to get best results. Also I have Health and Nutrition Diploma so I can do personal meal plan.
