I rang Jay based on his already glowing Google reviews he gave me a great quote then came out promptly as we'd agreed he was mega friendly and did an amazing job on our cream carpet leaving it looking almost new. After a slight technical issue on the the initial visit where he steamed the carpet instead he told me not to pay and he'd sort out the issue with his cleaner and would be back at my convenience which he was the next day.
