From humble beginnings with a Spanish father and a mother who loved to fuss, Jimmy threw his passion into his profession in 2011, turning his lounge in Balham in to a 25 seat restaurant experience. Having risen to the top of the popup hospitality, his interactive dining concepts are now sought after. He set out to shock and wow guests with a new way of doing things - throw the rule book out the window and give the people what they came for - to be entertained by food!

Garcia's unique style and approach to event catering quickly became the talk of the town. It is that raw passion for going beyond the customers expectations and delivering food that not only tastes and looks delicious, but also makes you smile that drives the business. From his and hers dishes for weddings, to macaroon walls and even edible menus.

Jimmy Garcia Catering has matured in to an international catering operation with a highly talented, technical and creative team. From the Michelin trained kitchen team to our fleet of event planners we make sure no detail is missed. Jimmy’s focus is to express his ideas and passion for deliciousness matched perfection whilst also making the impossible become possible.
