2020 threw most of us for a loop. CoVid, the political unrest in the US, many people losing their job and some their home and families. 2021 is our time to start rebuilding. That is what I am here for and I am pretty sure, so are you.
My Name is Jim Torbet, but you may call me Coach Jim. As a coach for more than 30 years, I have helped people find ways to reach their goals. If that is what you are looking for, I may be the influence that you need. Granted, some people need more than a coach. To find out if you do, please continue reading.
Consider me your guide. I listen as you tell me what your needs are and help you formulate a “path” to meeting your needs. Sometimes it is something quite simple and we talk it through in just a session or two. Some issues may be bigger or may have been festering for a long time. All changes start with just one change.
My job is not to tell you what to do, my job is to help you find the solutions to the problems that constantly appear in your life, and to support you in making these decisions. So many issues in our life can be solved this way!
I am not a doctor of any kind. I claim no medical training. If you come to me with a medical issue, I will send you for medical help after our session. I am your guide, your coach, often your advocate, sometimes just an ear to bounce thoughts off.
Over the past 30 years, I have been developing my techniques to utilize phone or computer contacts. I find this method just as effective as in-office sessions. While I still do “face-to-face sessions”, I have found that many of my clients prefer the comfort and convenience of doing a session at home. You save the time and hassle of traveling to my office. You can be comfortably dressed. There is a sense of familiarity and safety in your own home. Some of my clients schedule their session for when they are on a business trip, to take advantage of the time and privacy. Where you do your session is often less important than what we do in your session.
In your session, I often employ visualization to help you see yourself reaching your goal, conquering your fears, and moving forward to a better life. As a hypnotist with over 30 years of experience and training, I have found that hypnosis can be a useful tool to help you reach your goals. My training includes studies in the use of hypnosis for healing the inner child, pain management, sports performance, weight loss and even PTSD. I often use age regression and even past life regression to help us reach your goals.
