What inspired you to start your own business?
An opportunity arose to work with a business that wanted to use my expertise and I loved it. I then could see a clear opportunity in the market place to make a difference

I had the unique opportunity to Train as a Coach with Sir John Whitmore and apply that learning in a corporate environment for 14 years and then for the last 15 years in my own business. I am an Accredited Master Coach and Trainer and NLP Practitioner and a Accredited Marketing Strategist.

We offer Stakeholder Coaching Programme . Which is launched with a 360 Feedback on 15 Competencies and Identify your Strengths and areas that need development. You then decide on 2-3 competencies you would like to work on and we work with and your team to help you measurably improve over the course of 6-12 month programme
Monthly Coaching and Quarterly Reviews are part of this programme. You also have track and trace available with this programme. This is online coaching experience experience
