Jim has assisted me in dealing with a variety of computer problems that Ihave had over the years (from memory, I have made use of his services for at least 18 years). I am a non-business client, and have used a desk-top primarily for sending and receiving emails and preparation of documents.Jim has, on each of the many occasions that I have contacted him seeking assistance, been able to deal with the problem in a time-efficient manner, and where an initial input from me was required, displayed utmost courtesy and patience throughout. I cannot point to any aspect of his work where I feel that a "Needs improvement" comment would be appropriate. Jim has been helping me for well over ten years. He always finds a solution to my computer problems, initially on a Dell and, more recently, on a Mac. I first met Jim over 10 years ago, when I had a small problem with the then revolutionary Mac iBook laptop. This was after being told by various so-called professionals, and Apple themselves, that the computer was beyond repair. Not only did Jim find a solution, and had the machine back in working order, he has been an integral part of TK Media since 2003 and has taken care of all the company's IT solutions, maintenance, etc. professionally, discretely, and almost as if the company was his own.
