Pavlos is amazing! we met a few years ago whilst I was trying to obtain finance for my first property. He was recommended to me by an Estate Agent.
I was in my mid 20s at the time with no experience in property and the jargon that came along with it. Seeking to re-mortgage our property to undertake a range of home improvements, my wife and I needed sound and unbiased advice.
The world of finance can often be confusing and complicated, but Pavlos made it extremely clear as to our options, providing us with written illustrations based on our particular circumstances. At no time did he pressurise us into applying for any particular product, but left the final decision to us after supplying us with the facts.
His outstanding knowledge of mortgage providers meant that the process was undertaken extremely quickly and efficiently, so that within weeks of our application our re-mortgage came through, with the exact amount we were hoping for .
Pavlos is a very down-to-earth person who communicates complex information very clearly. He has a great sense of humour as well!
