What makes a great website?
A great website is one that's intuitive. Where users navigate their way round easily, find exactly what they are looking for and making contact or a purchase in just a few clicks. To achieve this the site needs to be clearly laid out and has to be responsive to the different devices used to view. Add in bold branding and design and you have a great website.
To achieve this Jigsaw designs make the most of the flexibility of WordPress for the basis of the design and the easy to navigate e-commerce experience of Woo Commerce when our clients have products to sell. These tools allow the creation of stunning designs that work beautifully on all devices and give a great user experience.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What is your vision for your business? This one is particularly important as it helps to me to understand exactly what it is that you are looking for your business to have. From there I can start to apply my knowledge on whether those things are achievable and or practical and we can set to work.
What do you love most about your job?
Creating. Taking the idea that a business has and turning it into a real, easy to use and eye-catching online presence. There's nothing quite like it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Independence. The chance to set your own hours and control your own working life. I'd spent a number of years building up my skill set in a variety of roles and it felt like the time to strike out on my own.

Because I can take the vision for your business and create the site that you want: a beautiful, simple to use site that will drive conversions and sales.
I also like to keep it simple, I realise that the web world can be a complex one but I won't be blinding you with jargon. The project will be discussed and explained in as straightforward a manner as possible because it is important from my point of view that clients understand what I will be delivering and vital for the client to know exactly what they are buying. My web services are completely no nonsense.
