I can go on and on about how fabulous James & Heather are, even though I haven’t personally met them – that says a lot. James contacted me about a move-in & move-out clean I had posted for two houses via Thumbtack. I was very impressed with James, not only on price but professionalism, verbiage, etc. he expressed in all his written communication. I checked out their website and was wowed by their videos showing their attention to detail. I hired them for both houses and they did not disappoint. Their level of trust and communication is top notch. James and I communicated on needs, confirmed again a few days in advance and once onsite, they checked in when they arrived/left. They made our new home feel welcome, clean and comforting. I knew the home we moved out of needed a ton of work and seeing it after they worked their magic made my jaw drop. What do you love most about your job?
The excitement we see from our clients once the job is complete and it met, or even surpassed their expectations. That always makes us want to do a little happy dance!
What inspired you to start your own business?
We needed a more flexible schedule for our other responsibilities and also we wanted to spend more time together as a couple. We began with a cleaning company, and after managing our own finances over the years, we decided to make the switch and focus on helping others with their bookeeping needs. The rest is history!

We love being able to provide a good service for each client because we know that everyone's hard earned money should bring them the results they were expecting-if not better! We only take on as many clients as we can comfortably handle so this way each of our clients gets our personal attention and no details get overlooked.
