We had an urgent problem of getting passport photos for a British passport. Our daughter couldn't find any place in the city where she goes to college but we found Jay right here at home. We explained she could only come home on weekends because of school so Jay kindly made an appointment for us on the one Sunday morning she was off work and could come home to get the photos taken. He was so promptly accommodating and understanding of our needs and put our minds at rest. Jay is professional, friendly, efficient and was very experienced with the various international passport photo requirements and took great photos in the exact specs we needed. Jay was incredible to work with, he has a great energy about him, he works quickly and has a fantastic eye for detail. He worked with my family of 6 which included my one and half year old grandson. We conducted a half hour session with Jay for a new born in her Christening gown. He was great with our daughter and was able to capture some great photos. Jay is not a ordinary photographer. He is the best I represented a home owner to sell the Pebble Beach home. After one photographer no show at the last minute. I found Jay from help.com out of desperate. He came on time and worked many many angles of the home. I tried to rushed him to get my house photos sooner. His answer is that he needs time to enhance them.  I requested the good shots  of beaches and golf courses. We had a phenomenal experience with Jay ! He really exceeded our expectations. We had our engagement photoshoot done at lovers point, and our photos look romantic and magical. We couldn't have chosen a better photographer, he was able to get two awkward people and capture our love and romance for each other. He was energetic, and had beautiful and picturesque ideas for our photos. He captured so much in our 30 minute session and we are beyond pleased ! We had an amazing experience with Jay.  He was able to schedule a shoot quickly, which we really appreciated.  We met him at Lovers Point on a windy and cold evening, but you would never know it from the pictures.  Jay really put us at ease, and was very good with our 2-year old, who is not very good at sitting still.  He took some amazing pictures of the three of us together, and individually.  We absolutely recommend him. The very best you will find. We have worked with Jay twice now - once for my daughter's graduation photos and once for family photos.  Both sessions were outdoors and the photos are truly remarkable. Jay put us all at ease and encouraged us to enjoy the time. Many people drove great distances for the family session and it was totally worth the effort. At the end of the day, I can't say I could have made a better choice. I highly, highly recommend Jay for anyone looking for a photographer. WOW!! Jay met with us on location at Lovers Point about 2 hours after the rain stopped! We weren't sure if we would have to cancel or not but it turned out to be a fabulous day and these pictures that he took really captured that! ! Trust me when I say that you will NOT be able to match the quality of his work and the cost of his service anywhere else. We did a 1/2 hour session for senior pics and are absolutely floored by the quality and promptness of his work.If you are reading this, contemplating on weather or not to call him, contemplate no further, trust me.
