After accepting the quote and paying 50% upfront, no work was done and there was poor response to email requests for information. Finally I was refunded and told no new work was being undertaken. More...

Hi Ben, thank you for your feedback but i am a little bit disappointed to read this. Poor response to email - You emailed me on a Saturday morning hence why you didn't receive a response for a couple of days. You were refunded because I explained to you my unfortunate circumstances and why i wouldn't be able to complete the work requested, which i thought was perfectly understandable. I apologise once again that I wasn't able to complete your request, but I would like to wish you all the best with your project for the future.
