Nutritionists & Dietitians

Jackie is the first practitioner I have met who really understands IBS and can provide practical advice on managing the FODMAP diet, by making a personalised analysis of my current food intake and symptoms. I have struggled with stomach and bowel conditions for over 4 years and had given up hope of ever feeling 'normal' or being able to eat without pain and discomfort. I came away from my first session feeling empowered and excited to make the changes she suggested and the FODMAP guides she gave me are great, easy to use and come everywhere with me. IBS can be so debilitating, I'm hopeful for the first time in a long time that I will be able to manage it much better. More...

Q&As

It’s absolutely crictical to have a good understanding of how food and drink can impact health. A specialist registered dietitian can give evidenced based advice and support on diet and the impact on many clinical conditions

I love talking about food and helping clients make choices at meal times that meet their nutritional needs and improve their medical conditions. For example, IBS can be so debilitating and changing the diet can make an amazing difference.

I wanted to give clients sufficient time, more opportunities for follow up and flexibility to be seen at times and venues to suit their needs.

For personalised nutritional advice and practical support from an experienced and skilled professional.
