I cannot speak highly enough of Jose and his crew. After a nighmare scenario with our renters, our first home was such a mess that we actually filed a police report for vandalism. We couldn't even tell what needed to get fixed and thought at the very least we'd have to replace the floors. Enter Jose and his crew (3 people in all) who scraped and cleaned our 1600 ft. home for 9 hours.... 9 HOURS! Not only do we not have to replace the floors, but we with a fresh coat of paint and a few minor fixes, the house will be back on the market shortly. Jose and his team went above an beyond in so many ways - from running back to his house to grab a shop vac so he could clean up broken glass to dealing with rancid meat in the fridge and everything in between. Even when the six hours they had anticipated came and went, Jose and his team didn't let up. I literally started to tear up when I walked into the house as they were finishing up. Perhaps most amazing, the crew was cracking jokes the entire time and incredibly kind and friendly people to work with - even in such a nasty situation. Thank you Jose! More...
