I have known Jo for 4 years through a mutual love of horses. I wanted some pictures taken of my pony and knew that Jo was a professional photographer. We spent the morning on the yard and Jo walked around first to get some ideas. We spent about an hour (probably longer) taking different shots in different locations. It was a fun morning, not rushed and she was very patient with my pony who wasn't going to stand with ears pricked looking alert. The results are amazing and Jo has captured my ponies character and personality. It was a very hard decision to choose the prints I wanted as they were all beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend Jo if you want some beautiful pictures of your four legged friend. More...

Patience, Passion and being able to go with the flow and adapt to any situation!
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I like to ask about the subject in question and if they have any of their own ideas about the kind of image/s they would like to achieve.
What do you love most about your job?
The variety, no shoot is ever the same. The unpredictability and fresh challenges.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A love of creativity, photography a job with a variety of challenges that is not the same everyday . Not wanting to work in a box and being in charge of my own destiny.
