I am grateful for Ky Le, Stewart, Vikki and Karolina at Jewel Homes who have been responsible for my successful journey in property investing that started a few years ago. Ky Le and Stewart continue to find amazing investment opportunities and have always been there to answer all my questions (thank you for persevering with my stupid questions in the early days!). After experiencing a poor service with no attention to detail from the so called local experts, we moved our property portfolio to Jewel Homes. This immediately bore fruit as an unoccupied property had a tenant within two weeks. The excellent service was noted straight away with the Lettings Manager striking up great relationships with tenants and providing feedback to us on a regular basis. When problems arose with tenants or properties, these were alleviated with speed and certainty providing peace of mind that our assets were in good hands. One last thing, it is often noted that it is easy to do business with people you like, that is the case here with a whole team of friendly, knowledgeable and likeable staff.
