I have a BSc Hons degree in sport and exercise science which has provided me with in depth knowledge of the workings of the body and how exercise can benefit you physically, mentally and emotionally.
Aswell as a personal trainer, I am also a nutritional adviser and a cardiac exercise physiologist, this makes me highly skilled in exercise after any cardiac events.
What I do.
I meet for an initial consultation to get to know you a little and to find out what it is you are wanting from the sessions ie) lose weight, firm and tone, gain muscle.
We will then put a program together to help you achieve your goals.
I will advise and guide you to help you gain the most from the sessions and expand your knowledge too. This helps to build confidence and keep you motivated too.
