I find better photographs are produced when people are more relaxed. My photo shoots are fun, which means that I am able to produce relaxed and natural pictures of you and your family. It doesn't always mean saying cheese, sometimes that perfect picture isn't of a big smile.

What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
In my opinion, knowing how to get the best from the equipment you have and taking lots of photos. Having relaxed subjects that can forget the camera is there goes a long way to capturing those natural moments.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Is there a specific style or look you would like to incorporate into the shoot ie some black and white shots, staged, candid?
What do you love most about your job?
The thing I love most about photography is being able to get creative, either while on the shoot itself or during post-processing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always loved being behind the lens, but one photo I captured two years ago of a mare and her beautiful foal running around an arena..just the beauty and elegance that one split second captured speaks a thousand words.

How do you find the photographer that’s perfect for you, among all the options? If you already love my work then that makes things a little easier.
I feel very strongly about my clients feeling comfortable in their photographs. So, I take the time to make sure that you feel genuinely relaxed- and that each smile is a REAL one. No stiff, awkward poses- and I promise never to tell you to “say cheese!"
At the end of the day the client has to be happy with their choice of photographer so I suggest speak to as many as you like, you dont have to settle on the first one you speak to and do not feel pressured, just make sure you are happy with what is being offered.
Events
Event photography is also a big part of my business from Birthday and School Sports events to Fundraisers, Corporate and Equestrian photography it is something I really enjoy.
