Watching small teams thrive and succeed. I really like involving employees in policy design and seeing them embrace new ways of working when it benefits them and the business.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been freelancing on and off for years but with a growing number of years experience in HR I feel now is the time to use my skills in a consultancy setting.
