Capel Gym has been treated to my presence for 11 years now. Eleven! How did that happen!? Quite simply it’s because the staff, equipment, classes and ambiance are totally ‘me’, and anyone else for that matter, at a time when many gym franchises are just ‘nope’ . My passion for canicross (trail running attached to a dog or two) coupled with issues that limit my training mileage means I benefit physically and mentally from strength and core work in the gym. I have been with this gym for a year now, very accommodating and friendly, my wife and daughter are both doing well here as well. Whatever time we come here always a good atmosphere, the gym is kept clean and is well equipped. Classes are very good. Pt's are all good / helpful. Also just finished a fat loss club that was successful for all that took part. All in all very, very pleased. More...
