Jenny and her husband have come a couple of times to clean now, and they are the most warm and caring people you could ask for, and the house looks amazing! The first time I had the house deep-cleaned prior to a surgery (nesting I suppose?) and they not only did a great job, they followed up with me after my surgery with a text that they hoped all had gone well and they were praying for me. What a blessing they are! This time they came just prior to a follow-up surgery a year later and they remembered me and once again did an amazing job! Thanks you guys!! More...

I had my carpet cleaned after I moved out of my last place. My diabetic, and mom's dog had urinated in a few spots. Jen told me what to use to clean it, and what I had done wrong. She was like Houdini with the carpet. She got out all the urine, and one couldn't even see the bleach spot on the carpet that was there before I moved in. That carpet was so incredibly soft, unlike anything I've ever felt between my toes: like little silky fluffy carpet massaging my feet. I swore off ever using water carpet cleaning for the rest of my life. I moved into a new place with really old dead carpet. I asked her to clean this one too, because I wanted to reap the benefits of her cleaning. I've been here a year, and she brought it back to life. I did get a better vacuum, because my old one wasn't sucking hard enough. This carpet hasn't had this much life in years. I highly recommend her work. I will never go back to water carpet cleaning. Jenny does a great job. I have used her for a difficult rental property and it turned out great. The dry process is far preferable for my needs - in Oregon the wet cleaning can take a long time to dry and begin to smell. Highly recommend her and her team.

I never knew there was another process, other than water/detergent type. There IS!! Jenny is FANTASTIC! Her process is dry and natural. I couldn't be more pleased with Jenny's Carpet Cleaning! Two puppies and six people can cause a lot of wear and tear and the carpets look and smell fantastic! The fact that it's a GREEN, non-toxic, system is just the added cherry on top. The technicians were on time, friendly and efficient and I love that Jenny personally gave me some tips on how to treat different carpet stains.
