This is a beautiful wedding venue, it has everything that you could possibly want. Very nice inside and out. The kitchen is fully functional and a great place to work in, if necessary.

Best Venue for my Special Day! Dana is the owner and was so helpful, and super sweet. Everything except food and linen is provided! Tables, Chairs, chalkboards, sound equipment like microphones, hook ups for music, etc... There is also a projector if you want to do a slideshow available and other items that Dana will let you use for your day. There is a warming kitchen where you can prep and heat up food. They have a very spacious fridge to store your items you need for your reception. The back patio was perfect for taking pictures, getting fresh air and more space for guests to mingle when it's not raining, and luckily it wasn't that day! There is a list of recommended vendors for your catering, linen, DJ, photography that Dana has compiled as well that is super helpful. Just go to her website and all is listed there. She really thought of everything that I didn’t have to do very much. I opted for the Bride and Groom Suite downstairs. The bride room was beautiful and cozy. I was able to get ready there, there is a chase lounge which I wanted to nap on but didn't have a chance! There was an assortment of fragrances on the vanity if you so choose. The groom room was great as my husband and his groomsmen hung out in there. We loved how parking was plentiful. There is also a small kitchen for the wedding party as well so you don’t have to go upstairs, as well as restrooms. There is also a salon station where you can bring your own stuff or have Dani, Dana's daughter do your hair and makeup as well (see her info on the website). In the middle of the downstairs portion is also a conference table if needed. I would never get married anywhere else. I was extremely impressed with this venue. What really made a difference to me is that all the money paid for the venue goes to the Maple Valley food bank and emergency services. Win, win, win all around! More...

Our granddaughter got married here on Nov 8, 2018. Very nice venue for any event. The only spot for decent photos outside is the steps going up to the ornate front entrance. However, going west on Maple Valley Hwy are several parks that would be great for formal shots. That's what our granddaughter and new grandson did. Family portraits were taken on the steps, though.You can use a caterer, or do your own thing. There is a decent kitchen area. Downstairs is a bride and groom dressing area.You setup and tear down tables and chairs, do your own decorating.Very pretty, rustic chic inside. More...

Wedding date was 8-18-18. I will be forever thankful for Jennifer & Elements NW! If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator or trying to decide on one. Trust me when I say.... The best choice was marrying my best friend and love of my life and deciding to hire Jen to help make our best day ever... absolutely perfect! Even our friends and family @ the wedding kept telling us how amazing she was. I cannot tell you how many people told us that our wedding was by far the best they have ever attended. Jennifer is the one that made that happen. From start to finish Jen handled every detail including the few hundred little ones we never would have thought of. From start to finish Jen handled every detail including the few hundred little ones we never would have thought of. On the business side you won't find someone else that has her attention to detail. On the personal side you won't find someone else who genuinely cares about your wedding like only a family member can. Do yourselves a favor and book Jen now!!! Jennifer was AWESOME! We hired her for day of and partial coordination! I couldn't have made it through the day of the wedding without her! She made it seem like nothing went wrong she handled it and we were able to enjoy our day! I just sat in my bathroom with my makeup artist and my hair designer and just got to be nervous not stressed! She was there whenever I needed her feedback or help! Jennifer helped us cover all our bases when planning, communicate clearly with other vendors, and run the wedding smoothly. Well organized and calm. Generous with her time and available when we needed to call. For example, my wife (who was the bride) was frustrated with family near the day of the wedding, and when we called out of the blue Jennifer was available to talk, with no sense of urgency to get the call over with. Jen was absolutely amazing! I was having trouble at first finding a good wedding planner in my budget who offered day of planning. I contacted Jen as as soon as I sat down and talked to her I knew she would be the one! Right away Jen made me feel a lot better about wedding planning. I ended up going with the partial package because I don't think I could have found all of my other vendors without her help. Jen hooked me up with the best DJ, bartending service, decorations, and baker! Jen was always professional and punctual. I would sometimes get very stressed and Jen was always there to make me feel better and tell me that my big day was going to go smoothly. When the day finally arrived, Jen made me feel at ease and didn't let me get stressed out at all. She made sure everyone and everything was where they were supposed to be. My husband and I were so lucky to have Jennifer as a part of our big day!  She did wedding day coordinating for us, but it included so much more than that.  Jennifer's software that she provided helped us do our own budgeting and gave us a timeline for checklist completion, and our multiple meetings in the year leading up to our wedding kept us calm and sane leading up to the wedding.  Her responsiveness is amazing, and so needed when you have the stress of an upcoming wedding!  She had great vendor recommendations, as well as many  items in her own collection that we rented as extra decorations.  Jennifer's wedding day coordination kept us just enjoying all of the little details, while she and her assistant took care of the timeline, the other vendors, setting up, and any guest issues.  I really can't recommend Jennifer enough!  She made our day as perfect as it could be!  THANK YOU JENNIFER! If I had to do it all over again, I would hire Jennifer! She is a true professional with the experience to prove it. From our initial meeting with Jennifer to our wedding day and reception, she was reliable, personable, and well organized. We entrusted her services after we secured our wedding venue and photographer and she helped our event run seamlessly. Both my wife and I are procrastinators and Jennifer kept up on track and created detailed timelines to help us with the big picture. She responded to any requests quickly via text, phone, and/or email which was appreciated. She even returned a phone call on my behalf to the seamstress when I was too tired to deal with a scheduling issue at that particular moment. She gave good recommendations for florists, DJs, and food and was ready with alternatives when some suggested vendors did not work out. We only met her assistant Stef at our reception and she was fabulous as well and very helpful. Jennifer was prepared to assist when my bustle ripped on the dance floor and made sure that we did not get sucked into having our guests talk our ears off and not allow us to circulate at the reception-- excellent skills! Jennifer with Wedding Elements Northwest is the exact sort of person a stressed out bride wants on her side. She's cheerful, comforting and extremely flexible. Due to circumstances in my family life, my wedding plans changed several times, and honestly I think Jennifer was the only reason I stayed sane through it all!! Her packages are incredibly flexible - she was happy to take over as much work as I wanted her to, but allowed me to get selective about the specific details I wanted to manage myself. Wedding Elements NW was also surprisingly affordable - one of the best-priced options in our area - and so close to home. As a final bonus, the package we selected offered discount pricing on related parties, so it's a great way to get a planner involved for a bachlorette party or wedding shower as well. We hired Jennifer for day of coordination for our wedding, but she went WAY above and beyond that. We absolutely couldn't have done this without her. She was there every step of the way, always willing to let me bounce ideas off of her, to give me awesome resources/recommendations, and to keep my various vendors and payments in order. Jennifer was absolutely amazing! We hired her for day of coordination and she went above and beyond! She contacted all of my vendors and made all of the timelines work together. She took care of things I wouldn't have thought about doing. On the day of I was stress free. She helped with decorating, made final payments and basically was a point of contact for anyone who needed her...Including me! She did so well and was so friendly! My family loved absolutely loved her. She made everything run so smooth. Everyone at the wedding was able to enjoy the day without a worry.
