About

I am a psychotherapist working in private practice. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings within the mental health sector including hospitals and student counselling services. I also have extensive experience working in the financial services industry in a variety of senior management positions.

My broad range of experience includes working with anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, bereavement, eating disorders, family conflict, loneliness and isolation and varying psychiatric diagnoses. I have a particular interest and focus on women's mental health with a specific interest in infertility, pregnancy related issues and pre/post natal depression.

This therapy can help if you are troubled, or suffering from distressing symptoms, or have encountered life difficulties. In our everyday lives, it is not easy to allow ourselves the freedom to speak without restraint. The therapeutic space offered is a freed-up space, which facilitates that work. A successful psychotherapy allows you to create new and less painful ways of thinking about existence, so that you may live it differently.
