What’s your signature dish?
We don't have just one signature dish...our clients love just about everything we make! Not only are our dishes nutrient dense, delicious and full of flavor, they are also scratch-made, and made for your personal nutritional needs, be it gluten free, dairy free, soy free, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, raw or for detoxification.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
After a detailed (free) consultation, and collected your new client questionnaire, we create the perfect menu for your needs and preferences, bringing you tons of variety. We got your meals handled and we guarantee you won't be disappointed.
What do you love most about your job?
We love serving people amazingly delicious food that supports their health and wellness. It brings us so much gratitude and satisfaction to hear how much easier their lives have become because of our services, how they are able to stick to a nutrition plan that works, how they have so much more energy because of the food and are even dropping pant sizes! What could be better! We love to cook, you love to eat and we love support your health!
What inspired you to start your own business?
My intention is to be a wellspring of intuitive and learned wisdom to support you to fuel your vitality, eat for wellness, and love your food. It all starts with you; it all starts inside.
I am a Natural Foods Personal Chef, Health & Wellness Coach, and Reiki Master Practitioner. I have trained and worked with a dynamic variety of teachers, coaches, counselors, chefs, medical doctors, healers and spiritual leaders throughout the United States and Jamaica. My approach is integrative, and guided by natural nutrition, complementary and alternative healing methodologies, transpersonal perspectives, a variety of spiritual traditions, ancient women's wisdom, and my own personal healing experiences.
I live and promote a health conscious lifestyle, and I am purposeful in supporting and guiding others in creating wellness and balance in their lives. I believe that the body is designed to naturally heal itself, and with the right tools, especially therapeutic nutrition, this can be achieved. Health is not to be perfected; it is a daily practice, and an act of self-love.
I work with women and men across the country, families based in Los Angeles, and underserved communities in South Los Angeles.
I am a self-taught chef, a nutrition advocate and food lover. I continue to evolve my craft of healthful cuisine, nutritional healing, and mind-body wellness. I am ServSafe certified in safe food handling, a member of the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA), and a student at the Academy of Culinary Nutrition.
