When it comes to nutrition:
Finding your balance between broccoli and ice cream. You have to realize one meal doesn’t undo ANYTHING, but days and days of the same mindset of it’s just one meal, that turns into one day and that turns into your whole week is what is holding you back. I want to help my clients understand what to eat, what swaps to make and how to eat your ice cream and not feel guilty about it, so you can truly live your life.

When it comes to fitness:
Just GO!!! The hardest part of fitness is getting started. Once you get started, you just have to keep going. My goal is to help every client find strength, physically and mentally, uncover potential to do hard things and move past them.
