l have always been intrested in property the job is so rewarding you get to meet Amazing Landlords along the way same with Tenants so friendly we have a long data based with around 100 Tenants looking for properties as we Don'the charge agency fees they will not longer go to any other Agency they would rather wait and stay with us. What inspired you to start your own business?
Have all ways been interested in Property Management since i rented a house of a Company and had to pay alot of Fees they was just a money making scam and I needed to look in to it all so give my heart and soul into my Business for the past 4 years. Plus my Husband does all the maintenance side of it so you know your getting your Maintenance done to a high Standed and not getting Charged a fortune as it all comes from in house Derek does have an excellent maintenance team just look and read our Reviews.
