Jen is such a compassionate trainer. I haven't worked with her for over a year now, but I still adhere to the things she taught me. The back pain she helped eliminate never returned. She's the best! If I ever want/need a trainer again I'll being going straight to her! More...

I did a few weeks training with Jen after feeling like I wasn’t reaching my goals even though I was putting the time in. I found she was extremely knowledgeable on what I was doing correctly and incorrectly and was therefore able to fine tune my training and diet to help me move forward. I came to Jen after losing a significant amount of weight on my own and was looking to take my fitness to a whole new level. By using the program she customized for me, I was able to achieve my ultimate goal weight and bodyfat percentage which I finally achieved after 6 years via other programs and on my own. When I met Jen I was at the beginning of a new healthy me journey. I trained with her for 3.5yrs and was able to get back to being my active self. She challenged me to reach a seemingly impossible goal I had set. I did it with her help. She knows how to challenge you at whatever level you are at. I've been a client of Jen's for the better part of a year. I was referred by my previous trainer who moved away and thought that she would be a good fit.
We discussed my goals, my weaknesses & my motivations.
I know that she trains some high functioning athletes and competition body builders, but I just wanted to be strong enough to do my job well and keep up with my growing kids. The gym isn't my natural habitat.
Over time her program for us has developed. I never know what she has planned for the session and she always keeps it interesting. It's hard, she doesn't take it easy on me but she always takes my complaints with good humor and then tells me to quit stalling.
I decided to write this review because for the first time in my life I think that I am walking upright most of the time. My posture is better and I believe that I can work and play harder than I ever have in my adult years. There's still a ways to go in our training. However, I feel that Jen deserves a significant amount of credit for my progress thus far.

Jen is a very knowledgeable trainer, always upgrading her education so she can be the best for her clients. She is also a competitor, so not only does she talk the talk, she walks the walk. I trained with Jen for about 6 months, when I started I didn't know anything about lifting weights and wasn't at all comfortable in the gym. Jen was always very patient and understanding, the workouts she prepared were always different and that helped keep me engaged, I really enjoyed learning new techniques. If I ever decide I need a trainer again I'll definitely go back to Jen!! More...
