Dr. Russell explfys professionalism as well expesses a genuine empathy for my personal challenges. My theraputic visits with Dr. Russell are enlightening and beneficial for my personal growth and healing. She has educated me in the use of coping skills and the management of the state of my consciouness and perceptions. I am gratful to be working together with Dr. Russell. I started seeing dr. Russell as a patient in 2011, and continue to be. I have always found dr. Russell to be professional and compassionate. Sometimes I don't like the advice or suggestions that she gives me, but she tells you what you need to hear not what you want to hear. In every case when I would get home and tell my wife what she had suggested me to do or try my wife would encourage me to just try it and each and every time it helped. I don't understand the workings of the mind if I did I wouldn't need therapy. I can say that without doctor Russell walking me through some very very dark times I would have ended my life years ago. If you are a patient of hers, be patient progress takes time. She doesn't sugarcoat things like I said before she tells you what's going to help you not the easy way out that you may be looking for. My wife has seen how much her sessions help me that anytime I am struggling, my wife always suggests that I call Doctor Russell and get in to see her before my next appointment.I'm the first to admit I'm not the easiest person to get along with, but I have never had doctor Russell be unprofessional or discourteous.
