Welcome. I am a qualified integrative counsellor working with both individual adults and couples. I hold a Foundation Degree in Therapeutic Counselling (FdA), a Certificate in Couples Counselling and am a registered member of The British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). I also have an Anatomy and Physiology Diploma with Holistic Therapy, and Reiki.

I am passionate about my work and have a wealth of valuable experience working in many different areas, such as depression, anxiety, stress, bereavement, eating disorders, OCD and self harm, as well as personal growth, development and spirituality.
