Jeff Crass is the consummate professional. I signed up for the beginner DSLR workshop, and Jeff’s lessons not only helped me take the next step in my photography journey, but he also changed my life. The current workshop schedule is four classes, two hours each. Jeff went above and beyond in the initial application process; he asked applicants to divulge the camera and lenses owned, and photography interests. He ensured the classes addressed the attendees concerns and questions, and provided expert feedback on how to handle the camera and make the photos as good as possible. Jeff is thorough. He is patient, knowledgeable and professional, and will not make anyone, ever, feel bad about asking questions. At the end of the workshop, students understand the exposure triangle, and become proficient in how to handle the camera, and manage the seemingly endless array of options on the modern DSLR camera. This was money very well spent. I urge anyone with a scintilla of interest in photography to attend the workshop sessions. More...

What do you love most about your job?
The art of taking photographs and teaching photography has been passed down to me. It's in my blood. My late father was a Nikon award-winning photographer and he taught me the majority of what I know. The editing process fascinates me. There is no greater feeling than seeing someone appreciate the photograph you've taken of them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My father was an entrepreneur that owned his own gallery, studio and frame shop. There is something to be said for working for yourself at something you believe will make someone else's life a little better.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am personable, reasonable and want to make my clients happy. My vision may not match up directly with what they had in mind, but I will always consult with the client prior to a job to make sure we're all on the same page. My love for my work and for being a photographer comes through in every job that I do. I am meticulous and am my own biggest critic.
