Due to an extensive history of disappointing services from IT technicians and IT services, I was initially optimistic about both repairing my laptop screen and also using the service in general. This optimism was so embedded that prior to meeting Chinua I was intending to only request a data transfer and instead of fixing the screen, I had lowered my standards to only salvaging the laptops memory. Chinua was not only the light at the end of the tunnel but also proved to be an unexpected, haven of a destination when he assured that he could do both the data salvage but also fix the screen to my satisfaction...and this he did! My praise and appreciation was not only due to his work on my laptop but even more so his approach and sense of empathy towards my problem. Additionally, Chinua provided me with direction and advice with regards to how to prevent such situation from reoccurring, by recommending protective products and also programs to help with my work. This habit of discarding broken tech instead of fixing it is something deep rooted amongst family and friends and so the service Chinua provided was a refreshing breath of fresh air. More...

What do you love most about your job?
Working with computers and helping people. For as long as I can remember i've had a passion for Technology and Sci-f, as a child I was always fascinated by the inner workings of a PC and had taken apart and put together my first PC multiple times by the age of 9. 20 years later that love hasn't changed it has been coupled with the desire to help people achieve the best possible experience with technology.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working in the industry for a number of years I believed I could offer a high class service but at a more reasonable price for consumers.
