JC Walks Dogs

I've been using JC Walks Dogs for about a month now, and I am so glad I chose to use this company to take care of our dog. They are very flexible, reliable, trustworthy, affordable and huge dog lovers. It's everything you could want in a Dog Walker. I usually try to give a heads up on Sunday night for what days I will need walks for the upcoming week, but on occasion I forget and I'd end up texting or emailing them the day of asking them to walk my dog that day - and they were always so accommodating. On top of that, there have been many times when they've kept our dog at the dog park for longer than they charged us for - which I thought was very generous and of course our dog LOVES that. Jen, the owner, is the one who walks our dog and our dog absolutely loves her. If your dog is dog-friendly, there are many opportunities for dog park adventures or trail hikes with other dogs. If your dog needs special one-on-one time, she does that too. Our dog gets a little bit of both depending on the week, it's great! Your dog will get its own doggy journal that she writes in each time she takes your dog out. This keeps track of what they did that day, for how long, if they went to the bathroom, if they played with other dogs and it keeps track of the prices so you know how much you owe at the end of the week. They also keep a very current Facebook and Instagram account that is always being updated with pictures from walks that day. I love seeing our dog on their pages. She always looks like she's having a blast. The prices are average for a Dog Walker in the Waltham area, but the service is extraordinary. Jen was one of the first people we met when we moved to Waltham over six months ago - she and her business have been amazing! Jen came by for a visit to meet Roxie and their daily walks started right away. Jen is super-professional and amazingly resourceful - she recommended animal hospitals/veterinarians in Waltham and has had a lot of helpful suggestions for Roxie and our cat Demi. She has taken on last-minute dog walks on weekends and visited our elderly cat & fish while we were away. There is more - Jen also helped us out tremendously by adding another dog, Parker, to her daily walk schedule for a few days while we were dog-sitting for a friend. We also referred Jen without hesitation to our neighbors who needed help with their beagle while recovering from surgery - of course it all worked out perfectly. I don't have enough amazing things to say about Jen and her business. Multiple times she has taken care of my dog, Marty, in a pinch. Jen is professional and answers e-mails and phone calls promptly. Marty has always been socialized because she has a sweet dog of her own. However, if your dog needs more one-on-one time, she is more than happy to take your pooch on long individual walks. When Marty is with her, it puts my mind at ease to get regular updates from Jen letting me know how he's doing. I've tried other local dog walkers and boarders, but Jen far exceeds any of her competition. Amazing company! More...
